Brief introduction

The standard haze sheet is used for the transmission of haze value and self-calibration of haze measurement of all kinds of haze meters, which meets the “JJF 1303-2011 calibration specification for haze meters” as the standard haze sheet to use.

The uniformity of the haze value of the standard haze film is better than 0.03.

Precautions

1. Ambient conditions: Temperature: 23

2. The arrow on the label of the haze film points to the integrating sphere of the haze meter.

3. When using the haze film, please put the haze film close to the mouth of the integrating sphere of the haze meter; the center of the haze film should be in the center of the integrating sphere entrance as far as possible.

4. When using the haze piece should keep the surface clean, avoid oil, dust and hard objects scratches and so on.

5. If the surface of the haze film is covered with dust, you can use a balloon to blow away the dust; if the surface of the haze film is adhered to the oil or handprints, pure alcohol can be used to wash the dirt, natural air drying. It is strictly prohibited to wipe the surface of the haze film with any objects, so as not to cause scratches caused by the haze value and uniformity of the change.

6. If the surface of the haze film is obviously damaged or the use of the state has changed, it is necessary to re-calibrate the measurement value; if the surface of the haze film has serious scratches and damages, it is strongly recommended to replace the new standard haze film, in order to avoid the surface uniformity deviation is too large for the degree of value transfer to bring about a large deviation. 7. Inside the box of the haze film, please do not fill the parcel again with other cotton or paper easy to fall off the dust material 8. Haze film should be sent for calibration once a year.
